Daniella Faye opened her first retail shop in Jerusalem in 2015 and in 2018 added wholesale orders to the business model - successfully being sold in stores across America.

Refunds, Returns and Shipping

We hope you love everything you order but we know  that nothing in life is ever perfect! So we give you 5 days from the date of purchase to return and or exchange items.

 We will only accept refunds and exchanges for the items that are returned in the following conditions:  

• Clean of Deodorant, Perfume and or Makeup Stains
• No Tears, Pulls, or Ripped Threads
• Unworn, Unmarked, Unwashed
• Unscented
• Original Hang Tags Must Be On The Items 
• Returned in the original plastic packaging the items were received in

For all refunds/returns you will be getting a credit (minus) -10% back on to your credit card. There is a 15$ fee for each item being returned.

All sale items are final. There are no returns or exchanges for sale items. (This includes and is not limited to,  items purchased using coupon codes as well as  Blogger Coupon Codes, BOGO, Holiday Sale Specials, Black Friday Sales, Cyber Monday Sales, Flash Sales, Email Promotional Sales, Pop up Shop Sales,  Facebook and Instagram Sales, Free Shipping Sales,  OUTLET items, any and all discounted products.

All returns of 7 items or more will be subject to a 55nis restocking fee. Additionally, all returns of 1200nis or more will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

At this time, Daniella Faye does not provide return shipping labels. The shipping and packaging fees are the responsibility of the customer to fulfill for all refund and exchange of size requests.

 2. Reason(s) for your return. The more we know, the better service we can provide!

4. Wait for a customer service rep to authorize your return/exchange/refund before shipping! 

Once you have shipped out your return item(s) please send an email with your receipt and tracking number to: online.daniellafaye@gmail.com  - 

If your return meets all terms and conditions, we will issue you a store credit and or a refund within 10-15 days of receiving your return item(s).
