The unique shapes and styles of our clothing eliminates the need for shells and undergarment, thus filling the gap in the market for the modern woman who wants to dress modestly and still feel beautiful.

Daniella Faye opened her first retail shop in Jerusalem in 2015 and in 2018 added wholesale orders to the business model - successfully being sold in stores across America.

In 2019 the Daniella Faye brand was further expanded and can now be found in stores worldwide.

Refunds, Returns and Shipping

We hope you love everything you order but we know  that nothing in life is ever perfect! So we give you 7 days from the date of purchase to return and or exchange items.

 We will only accept refunds and exchanges for the items that are returned in the following conditions:  

• Clean of Deodorant, Perfume and or Makeup Stains
• No Tears, Pulls, or Ripped Threads
• Unworn, Unmarked, Unwashed
• Unscented
• Original Hang Tags Must Be On The Items 
• Sent back in the original plastic packaging it was received in. 

Daniella Faye holds the right to deny a return if the item(s) does not meet the above criteria.

All sale items are FINAL. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for any and all items purchased on sale. This includes any and all discounted products. 

All returns will be subject to a - 7% credit card transaction fee,  $12.99 return fee + $15 restocking fee for each item being returned. Additionally, all returns of $400 or more will be subject to an additional 13% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

At this time, Daniella Faye does not provide return shipping labels and or exchange shipping labels. The shipping and packaging fees are the responsibility of the customer to fulfill. 

 

IMPORTANT - Before shipping your items please follow the instructions below. 

 1.  Email online.daniellafaye@gmail.com with your ORDER #. 

 2. Tell us which items you are planning on returning.  Item Name, Color, Size, Quantity)  Reason(s) for your return. The more we know, the better service we can provide!

 3. Wait for a customer service rep to authorize your return/exchange/refund before shipping. 

 4. Once you have received authorization and shipped out your return item(s), SEND an email with your receipt and tracking number to: online.daniellafaye@gmail.com  

5. IMPORTANT NOTICE : Please email online.daniellafaye@gmail.com a shipping return tracking number and photo of receipt of shipment.  If you fail to send us proof of return shipment, your order will become ineligable for a return, exchange or refund. 

If your return meets all terms and conditions, we will issue you a store credit and or a refund within 10-15 days of receiving your return item(s).
